Unhinged was born out of a need for integrity and quality in the door and gate service industry. After spending 10 years with an industry-leading company, I grew frustrated with the approach that prioritized profit over quality, often hearing phrases like, “Just make it work” or “Just tell them that’s how it’s supposed to be.” At Unhinged, we do things differently.

We’re committed to ensuring that every customer receives exactly what they paid for and feels fully supported, even after the job is complete. We stand behind our craftsmanship and the quality of every product we use, whether for service, repairs, or new installations. Unlike many larger companies, we are not pushy salespeople. We’ll never pressure you into buying something unnecessary or use scare tactics to make a sale. If an item can be repaired, we’ll fix it. If a replacement is necessary, we’ll work with you to provide temporary solutions until you’re ready for a full replacement.
